In order to be seen right away, please be sure to fill out your intake paperwork before you arrive. We will email you the forms after you make your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in. We are looking forward to welcome you with open arms.
In your first visit, you will meet with Dr. Vega or Dr. Diaz to discuss your health history. Next a physical and chiropractic neurological evaluation will be performed where we will utilize state of the art technology to determine the problem. We do not perform any treatment the first visit, so that the doctor has time to review your scans, x-rays, heart rate variability testing (HRV) and other findings to determine the best plan of action for your case.
On your next visit, we will go over all the tests performed in the first visit, examination and specific recommendations for care. We will walk through what care looks like in our office and answer questions you have. You will receive your first adjustment on this visit!
